Return Window
Customers must initiate the return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for returns.
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return experience, follow these steps:

Provide Proof – Share clear images of the received product, showing any damage or incorrect item received.
Approval & Pickup – Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the product from your location.
Refund Process
After the pick up of the returned item we will initiate the REFUND process.
If payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), we will refund the amount to your bank account or through UPI. (Paytm ,Google Pay Phone Pay etc)
Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or usage reasons. These include:
Innerwear, cosmetics, and personal care items.
Customized or personalized products.
Important Notes
The product must be returned in its original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
